Question about Epson TM-U220 Matrix Printer
The receipts that our M188D are printing are the length of "two trees". The letters are too spaced out and the lines are far too far apart. How can we format the receipt to print out one of a "normal" length please?

It is a dip switch setting, on dip switch #6, it needs to be "On" It will then single space the lines. After re-setting the switch under the cover, turn off the printer for 30 seconds to clear the buffer...then holding the "LF" button, turn it back on, until its self test is complete. You problem will be over.
