The language is in Arabic writing.

this is because the arabic language pack is not installed in ur phone. u need to change the language pack to arabic in order to read or write arabic in ur phone

Go to Control Panel

Choose date,time,laguage and regional options

Choose regional and language settings

From regional option, change stardard and formats to Arabic and from location change it to saudi arabia

Go to advanced, change the language to arabic

After these restart your computer to take effects.

If not working, you need to install arabic laguage support and repeat the procedure above to activate the arabic by pressing Alt plus shift key to change the writing from english to arabic or same to go back to english writing

You have to Go Settings and Change Language to Arabic.Sometimes you need to Change Writing Language too Arabic.
In some Countries Phones,there will not be Arabic Support.So you have to check in Phone or in it's Manual for Support.

in regional setting change english(unitedstate) to arabic(saudiarabia) any country u want

Is this a PAL TV? States is (was) NTSC. Todays digital converters might have both. Pick PAL.

Go to main menu - settings - general - language - phone language - arabic.

According to Hitachi themselves, there is no such set with model number C29-F100. The closest one they have on file is the C29-F800. Perhaps your set is an over-seas set, originally sold in Japan? The original remote has a MENU button surrounded by 4 "arrow" buttons - arrow up, down, left and right. For the C29-F800, using the original remote, press the MENU button 4 times or the SETUP button once. There should be 4 choices on that page and the first one, the one on top, is LANGUAGE. Highlight the first one using the "arrow down" (also labeled P-) button and select the language ENGLISH using the left or right arrow buttons. Exit the menu by pressing MENU 3 more times or SETUP once. I believe I can download the owner's manual for the C29-F800 and send it to you if you need it.
