Dishlex 300 blobal dishwasher. have set dishwaher for normal wash as usual. All lights are one but dishwaher will not start. help please

It is likely the door switch is not engaging properly. Check the gasket is set properly and the door is closing when you shut it. Also confirm if it is not on delay start.

There is a brown film all over inside of dishwasher. I have to put it on power scrub for my dishes to get clean.

I had a similar problem with my Whirlpool dishwaher, and it turned out that my water softener was not working. Once that was resolved, I found that I have to use a rinsing agent in the dishwaher to completely eliminate spots on the cleaned dishes.

Asko D3122 dishwasher will not fill with water and will not turn off

you may have water under the dishwaher ... have any plumbing work done lately?

if the dishwaher overflows or leaks it will trip a float switch under the dishwasher... as long as it is triped it will run the drain pump.. and not let any water into the tub...

the water will have to be removed and the leak stopped before it will run a cycle....

Hope this helps if not let me know more about your problem..

Hi charlb1,

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.

Your problem is: On starting the dishwasher there is no sound at first. After several minutes the alarm beeper starts. Looking inside the machine, the bottom of the dishwaher has several liters of water and the machine is stopped. It is not heating, spraying, rinsing nothing

I'm sorry to say it sounds like you have either a bad control board or a bad motor. I don't recomend these kinds of repairs for the average homeowner. If it's still in warranty, use it. You might consider the Repair Directory for a repairman or if the d/w has a few years on it perhaps it's time to compare repair verses replacement.

Dishwaher

Generally, you need only hot water. It is advisable that the drain line be a little lower than used by a washer. Drains usually go into a modified portion of the sink's j bend in the drain. This sits at about 18 inches off the floor. You should fuse your electric line for 20 amps at 120 volts or 15 amps at 240, depending on your location. North American units are at 120.

Hi error code A13 means the soap dispensor on the inside of your dishwaher door is shorting out and will need to be replaced.
This is a fairly quick job and is relativly cheap to do
