Go to setup and then Master Reset.
I have never reset mine till date and this is the only reset option in the phone so thought to share. Hope it works.

Try d code 0000 or 12345 or 1234 one of these has to work....or try wipind out ur memory card and then try...format the memorry card...hope it helps....

You need to update your handset firmware-rokr-e6. to update your handset..

First you need to install your motorola phone tools ....
Go to the option live update.......
Download the software named [Motorola_Software_Update]
Backup your contacts and open your SIM&SDcard....
Then Using Motorola_Software_Update go through the stapes..

If thats not working
You have to Flash your firmware-rokr-e6.........

Install the Motorola_Software_Update.....
Download the software named RSD Lite........
Download any firmware-rokr-e6 as you like.........
Backup your contacts and open your SIM & SDcard....
Turn off your Motorola ROKR E6 Smartphone when its battery will be fully charged
Tap and hold Your Power +Camera key for 3-6 seconds when it is connected to your pc.
At last brows the firmware-rokr-e6 and press the button start on RSD Lite.......
Do not dis connect your phone from your pc...

If the RSD Lite can not show Device the flashing can not be finish....
You have to wait for finish the Flash method
