Need more information - does this error only come up on certain web sites, or it is doing it when you 1st start up Firefox?

Page load error means it can find the web page you're requesting.
Network time out means it gave up trying to get the web page you're requesting.

Are you sure you're on the internet?

Try navigating to other pages/sites...if you can reach others, then the problem is not in your machine. if you cannot reach any sites, check your network interface drivers, be sure your system is connected to the internet

On the bottom of the screen it says (done, but with errors on page.)?

This means that the page has rendered (loaded) but that there were conflicts on the page. You can click on the little error icon and see what the errors/issues may be. If you are on a secure page, make sure that the page has loaded securely before you put any information in any form.

Blazer Crashing on College Campus Wi-Fi

My initial reaction is that that does not look like a network error at all... have you tried loading the page on a different network? Have you tried loading a different page on the campus network? Errors tend to percolate through the system in strange ways, and it is still possible that a network problem is causing this, but network errors tend to look like "no DNS server," "web site not found," etc.
