Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
You should be able to click the Start button and choose Computer and that will list the drives on your computer. Then, just select the cd drive and look for a file usually called setup.exe and click that to start the install.
If that doesn't work, you can download the drivers here. The complete driver is 250 MB which is fairly big for printer software, but it has everything in it. You can start the download by clicking the "Download" button on the right. Then choose to save the file to your desktop. After the download is complete you can either click open or double click the file that you downloaded to start the install.
There is also a firmware update there that you may or may not need. I would start by downloading the driver and after if you still have issues I would suggest the firmware update.
Hope this helps. Please remember to rate this information.
