Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
YOur register lost the program or it has no battery power and was left unpluged. If you do a master reset it will all come back. At the moment it is most likely the program is corrupted and needs a master reset. It is done by turning the key (if you have a service key) to the blind position and holing down the journal key and plugging the machine back in, oh yeah you are suppose to pull the plug first. then program in the time and date and what ever else you may wat

Your mdl number doesn;t match anything sharp makes currently, but here is a link to sharps
apparently these cash registers have a software program for your pc that helps you program for your needs.
