Mail.google.com is a mail server address which won;t come up on the web
if you are looking for gmail/google mail
https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2F%3Fhl%3Den%26tab%3Dwm%26ui%3Dhtml%26zy%3Dl&bsv=zpwhtygjntrz&scc=1&ltmpl=default&ltmplcache=2&hl=en

if you download Thunderbird which is an email client made by Mozilla you will be able to recieve your mail with t-bird.

Here is a youtube video how to configure your mail in thunderbird, outlook etc

Not just Firefox! Found a solution at Microsoft.com:

Control Panel - Network Connection - Local Area Connection (Properties) - TCP/IP Properties

Set IP Address for "Preffered DNS Server" as 4.2.2.2 and for "Alternate DNS Server" as 4.2.2.3

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I am getting message when attempting to open links, "Server not found"?

Email links is when you are getting this message or is it when you try to open an internet browser to go to any web page?

If you're on the internet successfully and you are clicking a email link, then I would say the link is bad. You can type the address of the email provider and see if you can get there successfully. If you don't know the address just go to www.google.com and in the search box type your email provider. Example: Yahoo Mail or Google Mail,or GMail or Hotmail.

The error, LaunchEmptyResponse occured when trying to connect to Yahoo Mail

We've discovered that with some browsers (Internet Explorer) 'trip' Yahoo's servers security for some reason preventing access to email accounts.

I suggest that you download and install either Google Chrome or Firefox to use as your browser. After doing so, you should once again be able to easily access your Yahoo email account.

Download Google Chrome browser here: http://www.google.com/chrome

Download Firefox browser here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Mozilla Thunderbird setup

Google Gmail Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
The Gmail SMTP server requires authentication (use the same settings as for the incoming mail server)
The Google Gmail SMTP Server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) on port 465.
GMail uses POP3 over an SSL connection, so make sure your email client supports encrypted SSL connections.
Google Gmail Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 995)Outgoing Mail Server - use the SMTP mail server address provided by your local ISP or smtp.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 465)
