Have you charged the headset? could be low on battery power.
Recharging— When you hear five rapid high tones through the headset speaker, repeated
at 20-second intervals, the headset battery needs to be recharged.
when its properly charged
Pair them again:
If the headset indicator light goes off, then the power is off, this could be caused by empty or bad battery.
The indicator should flash at a 3 second interval, indicating that its on stand by mode ( not on a call )
The indicator will pulse at a 8 second interval when the headset is connected (on a call)
Five rapid high tones, repeated every 20 seconds = low battery
