Pull out the ink cartridges and wipe the print heads with a clean rag and alchohol. Then replace the cartridges. Then go into the printer "Properties" by clicking on the "Printer listing" in the "Control Panel" listing if you are using Windows XP then select "Printers and Faxes" that will open a window with your printer name listed on it. At this point "Right Click" the printer in question and Select "Properties" from the short menu. Depending on your printer model you may need to then select "Printing Preferences" that will display various tabs , at this point Select the Maintenance tab and under services Select "Nozzle Head" or Head Cleaning or once for each if both are listed. That should clear the problem. If not, you may need to replace the cartridges using the OEM specified replacements. Good Luck and Happy New Year.

just get a gasoline and a lighter then pour out the gasoline into your printer and light it with a lighter. And amazing!!! your problem is solved....

open back or bottom and see if there are small pieces of paper stuck in there then report findings please

I cannot remove sonic activation module. I have checked all my discs and dont have the disc required.

Please help, as it constantly starts up when I turn my laptop on.
