Download the Camera Driver to a folder in the Computer, the open the folder where the file is downloaded. After that, double click on the file to begin the installation. Please follow the onscreen instruction to complete the installation. After installing the Driver, restart the Computer. This should fix the issue and the Camera should work normally.

Windows Vista is not the greatest at working on proprietary machines with drivers intended for XP. Can you get a driver from SONY for the motion eye that supports VISTA?
