I don"t have a good spot that I use. I usually do my own repairs but I am a tech. Do you have all the parts of the switch or are some missing? I usually buy a similar or identical unit on ebay that has another problem and combine 2 into 1. It is a good way to go. Usually pretty simple ( I have not worked on this unit though, Just so you know) Good Luck, Dan

How do you reset a frozen player?

Slide the power button on your SanDisk Sansa MP3 player up.

  • 2 Hold the power button on your Sansa in the up position for about 15 seconds. This action serves as a powering down of the Sansa device.
  • 3 Wait for your Sansa MP3 player to restart and let go of the power button. Actions taken during your last operation since powering down normally have been deleted and your player is now reset.

I broke the screen on my e200 series 6gb so I asked Sansa tech support about it and I was told that Sansa does not own any repair or support facilities whatsover. This means that you really can't get it fixed without either buying a new one or getting it replaced altogther.
