I've been having problems with my printer and so decided to reinstall the software. After removing it first, I tried re-installing but I keep getting a note saying that Java Virtual Machine was missing so installation could not be completed. I downloaded Java but I still get the same note.

Also, the disply on my printer says that the black cartridge is incorrectly installed. Usually it continued to let me print. Why does it continue to disply this message even tho I have checked it a hundred times.

Thanks for you help with my printer problems.

Uninstall first and restart the pc!
INTALL again but change the directory or use WINXP ORIGINAL CD to repair OS
