I have a Gaggenau E-378-6 that will not heat, yet I can't find a manual with parts

Hi, I think the model should be EB786, but aside from that I have a question, does this problem follow a self clean cycle ? If so it is very likely the hi-limit safety/cut out that has been tripped ( assuming you've checked the 40amp breaker and set the clock ). I'll wait for your reply re; self clean cycle. Macmarkus :)

DOUBLE OVEN,GAGGENAU

this oven could be in display mode this only allows non harmful functions to work eg lights etc but no heat this can be disabled through clock test prog reset but you will need an engineer to do it as complicated.

Gaggenau EB294/295 Electric Double Oven

I am a gaggenau engineer this is usually a fault with the door lock mechanism it can be manually reset eg remove oven and side panel pull back locking arm there is a also a built in test prog in oven clock that will switch door lock back to reset position but these will need to be done by an engineer as oven very heavy.
