Night message

We recently moved our office and we no longer have the night message on the phone system. Currently we have no after hours and night message. I need explicit directions since I'm sort numb. :-{)

I was told to dial 6 1 1112 but I think those directions left out the need to go through a set of function keys first.

Do you have a Computer that is with the phone that sends the calls to night.
