I found these drivers for XP here: http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/Common/Drivers%20and%20Plug%20ins/USB_Driver_32.zip
And for Vista drivers, use this address: http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/Common/Drivers%20and%20Plug%20ins/USB_Driver_64.zip
Alternatively, you can download and install the USB Drivers from
http://developer.motorola.com. These drivers are often newer than the ones above, but you will need to create a user-id first.
After logging in with the new user-id, search for "usb driver", or navigate directly to
http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/Handset_USB_Driver After downloading and installing the Motorola Driver, you will need to run
the Motorola Driver Installer program by going to
"Windows->Start->Programs->Motorola Driver
Installer->Motorola Driver Installer.exe".This
alternate Motorola USB Driver is required for most phone models from
Verizon, Alltel, and US Cellular. Some of these models include:
Alltel
V3a, Verizon K1m, Verizon Maxx Ve, Verizon L7c, Verizon W385, Verizon
W755, Verizon Razr2 V9m, Verizon V750, Alltel Razr2 V9m, US Cellular
Razr2 V9m, Sprint V3m, Sprint K1m. I hope this helps someone. :o)
