Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I was listening to my zen through loudspeakers and left my desk for about 10 mins, when I Came back It had gone dead, I thought this was strange as it had a half full battery, so i tried to charge it from my charger, but it just stayed dead (it usally lights up when you connect it), so i tried to charge it from my computer, no go sitll and computer dosn't reconise anything connected,
Please Help it's only been a few hours...and i miss it!!
I'm just a guest, but my Zen has done that before. I actually had to leave it plugged to my computer for awhile (I'd like to say well over a week or two), and when I unplugged it and tried turning it on again, it turned on, but the battery was nearly dead. This has happened more than once to me, and it simply began working again after I left it sitting there for a long time. It seems that, when it blanks out like this, something is going wrong with the battery. Mine always seems dead when it finally works again.
I know that's not much help, but just leaving it there worked for me. Good luck.
