The code means the machine is not seeing the correct toner amount on a small test patch it uses for calibrating itself. It will probably need a service call. The one thing you can try is to replace the Black PCU and the Black Developerment unit at the same time.This may get it to recal itself. If its not this then there is not really much a non technical person can do. You can find consumables for these on ebay for about half of what you would pay a dealer.
