you will need a technician service the y sustain board. the tech will connect an oscilliscope to the board and readjust the voltages on this board. when these voltages are off, like yours, you will see speckles in dark or light backgrounds....

i have orange chains of pixels usually L shaped in black areas, but not always, it happens with some videos and pictures, but the weird thing is that it usually only happens in the center maybe 5inch by 7inch area. could it be nvidia drivers? i have a 8600gts xxx by xfx and acer 22 inch p223w screen running xp media center. any ideas how to fix it would be great
