Question about HP (153147-001) Sound Card
We have no sound coming from our PC. There are drivers installed. Sound comes through the speakers with iTunes, so the speakers are working. When we insert a disc to play a game, we get a message "No sound card detected..."
To check, click windows start button, point to computer, click manage, then look for device manager. If you see an exclamation or "x" mark on your audio device this means that your audio driver is not properly installed.
If audio no error marked sign and says that your audio driver is ok, uninstall it then re-install the audio driver.
