Try Starting in Safe mode (Pressing and holding f8 when the computer is starting up) this should open the "Head Administrator" account if your on Xp:)"
If on Vista Your pretty much out of luck unless you remember the Password as vista requires you to have access to the Desktop to Turn on Admin Mode
