CHECK ALL THE SENSOR WHERE THE PAPER PATH GOING TO EXIT

Found solution myself.. The paper sensor arm with flag and sensor was missing from the exit side located on the fuser assembly.. Customer apparently broke off prior to calling for us to repair. Solution-replaced fuser assembly clean and tested works great

There is not a reset for jams in service mode. Did you open and close all the doors and make sure they are closed all the way. Most likely you still have a small piece of paper left some where in the paper path or you may have a broken sensor flag.

This could be a very bad code its "main motor lock", either you have too much load on the drive unit ( paper stuck, locked up pcu or fuser ) and maybe bad BICU board.

Open up the doors and blow some compressed air throughout the paper path (where the paper travels up). Make sure to blow air onto the sensors, because paper dust can coat them, causing false jams.
Does the paper get out of the tray at all? There is a feed roller that feeds the paper up into the machine; if you remove the paper tray you can see this roller -- it's big and gray and has grooves across it -- above where the paper sits toward the front of the printer. Blow air onto this roller as well, and if you have either D-ink or a rubber rejuvinator, clean the roller with a lint-free cloth.
Also make sure the paper is snug in the tray and not bent or crooked.

Was using top entry for batch of 8 pages to have 4 copies of each done when the unit stopped with fresh feed going in
note tat one page had already had the 4 copies done satisfactorily
