Activating my yahoo profile

press forget password bottom and then put alternative email (must be contained in your yahoo profile before) to reset your password or put your number phone (must be contained in your yahoo profile before) to send to you the activation code and the reset your password

I can only guess Yahoo is undergoing a major change this 2014. I have the same problem too. To this date, 5 of my email addresses were either hacked or deleted by Yahoo.

When I tried Yahoo Chat in their Help, their agent/s told me Yahoo system is now locking/deleting email accounts that have not been active (or logged on to) for the last 6 months.

I do hope though I could get my other accounts (esp. those with ymail domains) to be active in case they have not deleted it.

It will take up to 90 days for your account to be permanently deleted.
this is what yahoo says:
In most cases your account will be deactivated and then deleted from our user registration database in approximately 90 days. This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity. Additionally, due to the limited number of names available, we may allow other users to sign up for and use your current Yahoo! ID and profile names after your account has been deleted

Once you deleted your account, you can never open it back up again due to security reasons.

Yahoo mail account can be deleted with no trouble to the user. They just need to follow some tactics to get their account permanently deleted. So here we take the step:

·Click to "Terminate this account"

I think there is no easy way, but If I were you I would just ignore it exists, it makes no difference.

You can not activate your deleted yahoo email account. When you was delete your yahoo account that time you could read the instruction about this. So now it is not possible. But you can create other yahoo id.

Most definitely a phish. Don't respond to it but do go to Yahoo's mail site and check your account there. DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS IN EMAIL! You could end up anywhere. Delete all suspicious mail - do not click on the "unsubcribe" link. You're just telling them your email address is active and they aren't going to unsubscribe you from anything.
