Has putting the wires together caused a fuse to blow.
Check for power to the right leads (Often 2)
1 for constant power and one for ignition "On" power
The constant power retains settings when turned off.
If that's not the problem.
Get back to AMAZON. They are a reputable supplier (I Hope)
So if you tell them it was essentially DOA then you should get a replacement.

Look to see if the 2 screws on the top of the unit are removed, its put on top of it for shipping, if not, remove then

how can you hook up an aftermarket amp to your Ouku 2 DIN DVD player? i can't figure this out and iv looked everywhere.
