Question about HP Pavilion dv5-1250us Notebook
I got a laptop hp dv5 i loaded windows vista on it, downloaded the drivers from the internet but for some reason it still saying there is a missing device Video Controller but the display adapter is fine with correct drivers how is that?
Did you install the driver correctly?
Before your install the video driver you have downloaded on HP site, first you must un-install the previous driver installed, restart your machine (to clean it up - video driver), boot up your machine then install the video driver.
You must extract the file the you have downloaded from the HP site (make sure to remember the location where it save). Look for the file, run the setup or ".exe" file to install it.
