Question about Garmin StreetPilot c340 GPS Receiver
I tried to turn off my GPS unit and nothing happens. The off switch does not work. It is stuck on the Where to screen, view map, etc. The unit is just over a year old.
No.......the C340 STREET PILOT has a hidden reset button. Put your fingernail in the slot just under the GARMIN name on the front face plate. Gently pull the face plate outward. Don't take it all the way off. The reset button is on the right side of the front screen just under this plate. Use a pointed object and hold the button IN for 3 seconds and unit will turn off. When you power it back up it will REBOOT.

After you reset your Garmin, if it still does not work, you should reset your settings to factory default. You can do this where you see the little wrench icon.
