Question about JVC AV-32D305 32" TV
You can reset the television by leaving it unplugged from the A/c power for about thirty minutes. This should be enough time to drain all the power from the microprocessor and reset the television to factory settings. If this doe not work you may have a more serious problem with your television. The main board may be having a problem. This is the board that controls all the functions of the television. This is a problem for the service center You can call JVC customer service at this telephone number 1-800-537-5722. Give them the model number of your television and ask them where the nearest service center is to you. Give the service center a call and ask them if this is a known problem, that they have a solution for, or if you have to send it in for service. If you are out of warranty ask them for a estimate of the cost for repairs and shipping before sending it in. This way you can judge whether it is worth repairing or not. I hope this information helps you with your problem. Thank you for using FixYa and have a nice day.
