Hi i have a Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook S6010 20GB/256rm/1GHz Laptop, the problem is it wont power up, when i plug the charger in theres a little digital top of the keyboard showing the battery is charging, but when i take the battery out with the charger still connected it dissapears and the laptop still wont power up, ive not taken it to a computer shop yet i just wanted to see if i can fix it myself and try save a but of money but if i cant i will take it to a shop, hope any body could help me thanks adam
Try taking out battery and plug in power. If it works, battery is faulty. If not,
Try taking out your hard disk plug in power, if it works, hard disk is faulty. If not,
Try taking out memory card, if there's a sound, memory card faulty. If no sound, it's your motherboard that is causing the error.
Note: If machine is under warranty no need to pay for the repairs.
