I have a Kodak Easy Share Z10851S, that does not work. It will not stay on. I have had trouble off & on since I purchased it in Nov. 2008 as a Christmas gift. I have replaced batteries three times to no avail. Thank You, Carol

We had to again re-charge the batteries. The batteries do not seem to work unless they are "just" recharged. It appears something within the camera is not allowing the batteries to last.

Thank you for your response.

Easy Share P850 lost eyecup

According to Kodak, the rubber eyepiece is not available for purchase, you have to send it to them to get it fixed...I would try to take it to a local camera repair shop and let them do it.

My Kodak easy share M1063 digital camera wont stay on

This problem is frequently due to corroded battery terminals inside the camera. Remove the batteries and wipe the terminals with a soft cloth (heavy corrosion may require a fine wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue left in the camera by the cleaning. Clean the terminals on the batteries in the same manner, and then replace them in the camera. This cures most problems, but if it doesn't work for you, check the Kodak troubleshooting guide at:

http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/repair/troubleshooting/troubleshooting.jhtml?pq-path=6198

It uses a simple Q&A format to diagnose problems and propose solutions.

My Easy Share (Z730) is in the open position & will not close.

VERY COMMON WITH EASY SHARE. There are only a couple things you can really do. FIrst, try removing the memory card and try it. Than if that dosen't work. Try holding power button while gently wiggleing the zoom.
