Problem for HP OfficeJet G85 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Header issue on Fax machine

I have a wierd yet annoying problem. I have an hp Officejet G85. The fax was at another location before we got it. I went through the menu prompt and changed the header. Yet, the receiving party of the fax receives a header with BOTH the former and current phone numbers. I can't seem to figure out what I need to do!

did you change the header and phone number in the HP director software?there are 2 places you have to change the header adn thephone number. one is at the machine, and the other is in the HP director software.
