Question about Symbol MC3090
Whether I warm or cold boot it, it just shows the MC3000 intro screen and goes no further. I don't have the cradle or data cable to it. Please let me know what I should do.
The next step would be to try and reload the Operating system, I think the MC3000 requires power to reload the OS so you would need a charging cradle. If that doesn't work then you can send it in for repair. If you need help I am a Motorola Business Partner and can help with this, I can give you my #.
