Question about Pioneer AVIC-N1 In-Dash DVD Multimedia AV Navigation Receiver Car Video Player
THis avic-n1 is powered up but the screen is dead and is nonfunctional. The radio function works ok.
The nav disc is very dirty and worn;wonder if that could have caused damage to the unit?
The player plays fine but the screen is very dim is there a solution without replacement?

Disc would not of killed the entire unit, it may of clogged up the laser eye where it reads the disc. Use canned air or shop air and throughly blow out the unit. If problem persists contact Panasonic for replacement or repair.
