Question about Canon imageRUNNER 400S Copier
I have a job that has been sent to an ImageRunner 400S that has been hanging out in RIP status for several days now. I have tried clearing the memory, rebooting the printer, clearing the print job from the server, all of which are unsuccessful. Is there any way to clear this? This has happened once before, and the technician who fixed it for me is no longer with the company, and the new technician can't figure it out.
I think I can help but its been a long time . you need the clear the print jobs at the PC first then the print serveron the copier. turn the copier off and on, as it starts to warm up press the print button, now when it ask if you want to start setup press yes...scrool around till you see clear print server and say yes ....now reboot.
