Question about HTC G1
First, make sure the volume is turned all the way up on the settings>sounds page -- make sure the blue slider is all the way to the right.
It IS true that the sound is better with the G1 tmobile and with a bluetooth transmitter, but since 95 percent of the public don't use either when talking on their G1 tmobile , it's best to learn how to control the volume.
Also, while you are in-call, make sure you use the rocker on the left hand side of the G1 tmobile and crank it all the way up toward the top to increase volume to the maximum.
Finally, while this sound funny, lots of people don't realize they have to remove that plastic film off the front of the iPhone that covers up the sound holes and is just there for protecting the glass in shipment.
If you still have sound problems after that, reset your G1 tmobile . If the problems persist, restore your iPHone. If that still doesn't help, take it to your local store, explain the lack of sound problem, and they will swap it out for a new one.
Try use the ear phones .
Thanks for contacting Fixya
