The factory reset process is very simple. Follow these steps:
1. Turn off your printer.
2. Press the Green Colored Go Button on the Control panel and hold it for few seconds.
3. Now, release the GO button after 5 seconds.

Try this. First, you need to turn the printer off.
Hold down on the Go button (the green button) on the control panel on the printer for around five seconds.
Release the Go button and your HP Laserjet P2015 will now revert back at the factory default settings.
