Question about Car Speakers & Subwoofers

Fitting subwoofer to Fiat Punto

Hi, I have a 2002 Fiat Punto 1.2. It's got the standard-fit 6-speaker stereo with Blaupunkt radio cassette. On the front of the head unit are the words "high power subwoofer", though this car doesn't actually have a subwoofer. However  they are fitted on the next model up and I've seen some being sold second-hand on Ebay. My question, before I rush out and buy one, is: anyone have any idea how to fit and wire up one of these?

Will a Blaupunkt Milano MP34 Stereo, fit a 1999 Mazda 323f 2.0 car and will the wiring match?

If the Milano is a single Din radio, then it should. You can purchase a wiring harness for that vehicle. All aftermarket radios have standardized wiring colors and the harness will have the color diagram on the package. This way you attach the radio to the harness and then just plug it into the car. It is made to match up the right wires. For install instructions, visit or it may cost a little but is well worth it. Hope this helps.

I have a Blaupunkt cassette car stereo fitted to a Rover Metro (M reg) which claims to have an AUX mode, but I can't for the life of me figure out where the input might be. Am I being dumb? The stereo says...

Some car stereos have aux output at the back, so i reckon you have to remove unit to check it, it must be one 3.5 female, or 2 RCA connections (red and white).

What is the make of fiat punto 1998 radio? only description on front of radio is fiat code

its been a while since i lived in the UK but when i was there i was a fiat mechanic if i remember correctly they were blaupunkt but i may be wrong. If you get some stereo keys and pull the stereo out (dont disconnect it) and it has a sticker on the back telling you the real make/model.

Stereo in my Fiat punto 2007 model has an AUX function. Can i connect cable to AUX Input to run MP3 player via ear peice output?

Hello, when I insert a CD (normally purchased) into my Fiat Punto Grande stereo it displays "CD ERROR", ejects the CD then displays "AUX" (the tuner still works). I would be grateful if anyone has any idea what the problem is, thank you.

Looking for a ipod connection for a factory fitted radio for Fiat Grande Punto

To use ur ipod, with a factory radio, in my understanding, you need a preamp...

Please check locally with a Car audio shop to be extra sure.
