First thought would be that you are possibly running out of ink with one or both of your other colors, causing everything to have a pink / reddish tone. If you have replaced the cartridges with no luck, you should try cleaning the print heads according to the manufacturer suggested instructions. Sometimes, even if there is ink in the well, the print head can become clogged and keep it from printing to the page.
