Question about Sony VAIO Notebook
Good Afternoon, I have a new '' Sony VAIO NS Series Notebook(laptop). It is '' new.'' I have had-it for 3 1/2 weeks, now. Before Today, I could go to Youtube, have a listen @ YahooMusic, Watch Sermons online AND, I could hear, properly. THEN, all of a sudden, I have MagicJack, but, It shows me a Message that says, '' NO AUDIO DEVICE FOUND.'' ---no output/input audio devices are found...please check that your audio devices are present and/or connected, turned-on...etc. So, I can not hear anything, nor, use my telephone, because, no audio device(s) found.
I can not find under Computer/Control Panel the Tools Icon & Audio & video or, I just do not know, where to '' enable'' the Audio. Don't know what I'm doing, actually. Not that computer-Savy. Kindly advise????
I've had this problem before as well. You need to download the right driver, ie. Vista 32/64 bit, XP, Windows 7, etc. You should be able to go to Sony.com and look up the right driver if you can find your model number. If you have any problems, repost and i can try to help some more.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
