Question about Kensington VideoCAM VGA Webcam
I lost my disk to my kensington model #67016, so I tried to use skype and my webcam didn't work. What do I need to do?
Firstly, when you plug your webcam in - Is there recognition of your device?
If there is, you can go into Skype, Tools or options and general video settings and link your webcam here.
If not you will need to download the drivers so your webcam is recognised. You can do this from the manufacturers website, if not I found it here
Once you have uploaded the drivers suitable for your operating system, you can follow the skype advice above.
Let me know how you get on with the above or encounter any problems.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
