The part that you are talking about is not from the fuser unit. It is from the drum unit, it is most likely the primary charge grid. It is part of the drum that charges the drum..... You may just want to replace the drum unit..... If the grid fell off the plastic holder may be broken... Good Luck
You may have just answered your own question.. Did you follow the instruction and take off all the tape.. Also, need you shake the cartridge side to side to looosen up the toner... If that does not work.... You know what to do
Are you having your cartridges refilled?
By "replace TD cartridge" message do you mean the little stack of 6 red dots on the control panel?
The sensor for this condition is contained within the toner cartridge. The sensor reads the mixture of developer to toner ratio and tells the machine to add toner when needed. If you are having this problem with 3 different toner cartridges then I would suspect the toner add drive system. If you are having just the 1 cartridge refilled and have had the problem with the last 3 refills then the cartridge itself may be the problem.
I'll let you repond then we will see if further info is required.
Thank You for using Fixya.
That must be the drum cartridge symbol anyway do this; Press C, Exposure, C , Exposure in that sequence. The display will go out. Enter 24 press print 07 print. Then press C twice and you are done.
Where the toner bottle inserts into the holder, make sure the OLD bottles nipple is not stuck in there, this issue will not allow the new toner to flow into the system and the machine thinks it has an empty bottle
An H4 code on a sharp is generally either a heat lamp or a thermistor.Unless you are a copier technician you will probably have to call one for service.Be sure to check prices before you place a service order.
