Forgot both passwords

Remove LAN cable if it is attached
Restart you DVR
Choose the "admin" account in USERNAME
Use MASTER PASSWORD in PASSWORD. Now you can access your DVR
Go for Main Menu >Advance > Account
Select "admin" user
Click on Modify Password, In Old Password Use Master Code,
In New & Confirm Password type your new password (without any special characters).

Now you can login with your NEW PASSWORD that you have created.

if you havnt changed the password to the router then it should either be "PASSWORD" "ADMIN" "ADMINASTRATOR" in the worst case senreio you may have to reset the router.

just run safemode use administrator while in safemode create password from administrator and save. don't restart pc. then remove first password from administrator while in safemode then you restart pc. the password will gone.

try master reset, then use either

username:admin
password:admin

or

username:admin
password:(leave blank)

I have also try'ed that 4-5 years ago. But don't know if it works on today's motherboards. I removed the battery backup on the motherboard until the memory where cleared.
Also i know on some motherboards you can reset bios configuration, try to search for the motherboard manual to find the best solution.
