Question about MSI K8N Neo2-F Motherboard
Have you checked your BIOS settings in regards to Graphic/AGP controls? If it is NOT set on auto (which will read a AGP or PCI graphics card automatically over the on board) it will always look to the onboard card or known PCI Graphics card for the video output. Check those settings and reboot. Remember to save the bios config prior to changing anything.
You haven't brought up a blue screen error so we must assume you installed the drivers properly. The BIOS control of the AGP and graphics is most likely the problem.
