Check to see if your memory card has been locked, there will be a small plastic part on the card itself that slides back and forth. If it is not locked, it might have been corrupted.

Its possible that your card got formatted or was corrupted. try to use a card reader and see if you'll be able to find your files. if you are able to see the file, its possible that your phones card slot if busted.

you need a Data cord, connect it to your computer and you should be able to add files like any other mp3 player or flash drive.

Even if you have USB cord or bluetooth you should have some memory in your mobile to load music files. But you can extend your memmory using memory card. The list of memory cards available fo ryour model is seen here: http://www.accessorygeeks.com/lg-vu-cu920-memory-card.html

How to download music from pc to lg vu cu920?

You need a memory card for this- micro sd of up to 4 GB. Attach the phone to an LG data cable, and to a usb on your pc, The memory card will show up as a mass storage device, and you simply copy your muic files into the audio files of the card.

I have a usb cord and a memory card but i dont know how to put the pictures on my computer and i cant send pictures or get on the internet either

Well i found this phone quite annoying at first because on the lg pc suite, it doesn't give you the option for transferring mp3 files or photos or anything. What i found is that you have to buy a SD (memory) card so you can transfer files onto the phone. Sorry but i don't know how to answer the internet problem, i havent tried it yout yet
Hope it heps. good luck

How to Transfer Music to my Phone?

First of all, be sure that you have enough space in your phone for your music files. If not, you really need to insert a memory card. The bigger the memory, the more music files you can store in it. Then be sure that your phone is properly installed on your PC. Try also plugging your USB cable to another port. If you have been having problems with it, install it again using its driver. After these steps and your phone is recognized, you access your memory card and there, you can copy music files from yorr PC and paste into your memory card. I haven't used this Nokia model so I suggest you copy and paste music files directly and not by folders so it'd be easier for you to play those music (non-stop). For further question, feel free to comment or add clarification.

Memory card music won't show up on my new lg vu cu920

If you copied your music from itunes or another such program, it is in an mp4 format and/ or has embedded DRM (Digital Rights Management- that program that makes apple ****!!!!!!) . The phone will not recognize or play that format. The easiest solution is to Google "free mp3 wma converter" and there are free full versions that you don't have to pay for. Drag the songs off of your itunes into a new folder on your desktop named TO BE CONVERTED and then open the converter and load them on. Make sure you create another folder on your desktop named CONVERTED for the destination file for the converted songs before you convert them and be sure to select that path to save them to or you may never find them. Once done, drag them from the converted folder onto your phone or memory card, and you're all set. Good Luck!!!!!!!

You must make sure that the music files are individual music files and not just the music folder.

LG EnV vx9900 won't transfer pictures using usb cable

Since no one has answered this yet and I found a solution, I minus well help the people out there. This is how I do it:
1) go to menu
2) go to tools
3) go to USB Mass Storage
This will allow your computer to recognize your phone/card and will open it. I highly recommend transferring all your photos and video to your card instead of your phone memory. This is how you transfer it from your phone to your card:
1) go to menu
2) go to settings
3) go to memory
from here you can gain access to what is on your phone memory and your card memory. From this you can edit where you want to save your pics/videos/sounds to (either phone or card memory) and transfer your media files from your phone to your card or vise versa.

Good luck and I hope this helped you all.
