Most laptops graphic cards are built right to motherboard. You can probably bring it to computer repair shop and they can solder new capacitors on it. But they don't make them seperate where a person could swap it out.

Can I install a secondary graphics card in Acer Z5801 all in one pc

Yes you can upgrade the Graphics Card on the Acer Z5801. There is an optional Graphics Card slot on the Motherboard and you will need an Acer Geforce GT 530 Graphics Card. They come in 1GB and 2GB but quite rare to find. Your best shot is an Acer Distributor. For more help have a look at the link below:

I have a acer m 1620. when i power it up the screen comes on and say no signal and then goes black. the fan comes on and continues to run but thats it. does anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like the video cable is loose, try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Also check if the screws on the video cable are tightened. If this does not work the graphics card has likely failed.

Can i get a graphics card for a acer laptop

Not without replacing the entire motherboard. When it comes to laptops, the video cards are built directly into the motherboard, so it is one unit. This is done in part to help create a more compact product. There are a few laptops that have separate video cards. These are very rare and require a specialized video card.

My acer 5315 laptop just went off one day still has power but no picture to screen or external monitor.guess the graphic card has gone. but dont know how to fix it could you help

Since, there is no display even when an external monitor is connected to the Notebook, this confirms that the issue is with graphics card.
As with most of the Notebook, the graphics card installed in this notebook is also integrated on the Motherboard and is not user replaceable. In this case, the complete motherboard is changed. So, it's required to contact any service center to get it replaced without damaging any other internal components.

Can We Change the graphic Card of Acer TravelMate 4102 WLMI

On laptops the graphics are built in onto chips that are on the motherboard, in order to change to the graphics chip you would have to upgrade to the motherboard to something that acer might have.

Hard drive light comes on, CD drive work, blank screen. Otherwise machine is dead

Have the same problem,

Possible Causes

Graphics Card Dead (REALLY BAD)
Just need a HARD REBOOT.

If it is your graphics card, then go find another laptop, Acer embeds them to the motherboard.

Try Hard Reboot first though,
1. Disconnect AC and Battery.
2. Press and Hold POWER for 30-45 seconds.
3. Reconnect AC.
4. Try to boot up.
5. After bootup insert battery.

If your laptop is still under warranty the Motherboard should be covered. I wish you luck as losing a computer is tough.
