Unit was purchased from BJ's in December, so is only six months old. If TV is turned off, it will sometimes correct the problem for a while. Will Vizio honor the repair or replacement of the unit ?
Usually this is a defective LVDS cable. If it's under warranty, it's a quick half hour onsite fix. But you have to call to get the service.
Per Vizio's webite( linked below), as long as you purchased the unit from an authorized Vizio dealer you have a one year warranty. You would need to contact vision to determine if the problem is a warranty type issue.
