Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition for PC
Vista may or may not be the problem, but at times the internet connection goes off line for a few seconds and then comes back on. It is annoying if I am working on our web site and this happens.
Are you on a wireless connection or a wired connection? If you are on wireless, try changing the channel on your wireless router. You may be getting interference from another source/network.
If its a wired connection they try right clicking the connection and choosing "repair." This will correct several basic network problems. If that doesn't fix it, post back and further troubleshooting will be required.
