Question about Lands Phones
I am guessing that you are trying to use the GPRS service. To set up a GPRS connection for a wireless modem, you must specify an APN, optionally a user name and password, and very rarely an IP address, all provided by the network operator. The username, password and IP are left blank usually. The APN is a must. You can ask your operator for APN, or try the following linkhttp://www.taniwha.org.uk/gprs.html

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
