You might be having a DNS problem. DNS (Domain name system) is responsible for changing the website name to the address (where the website is stored). You can try openDNS (www.opendns.com) The site can be confusing so here are the instructions. 1. Go to control panel > network connections 2. Choose the connection that gives you internet, right click on it and Click properties 3. Now select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click properties 4. Check the box that says "Use the following DNS addresses" 5. Enter the following values (addresses) 22.214.171.124 126.96.36.199
