You are having a problem with intermittent component failure. Run a Malwarebytes to check on any spyware, adware and run your antivirus program. It can also be a battery issue. You can try to change the battery it looks like a bigger watch battery replacement. But is sounds lioek a pesky virus. You might try to format and refresh the system. make sure you make back up of the stuff you need.
