My pink Creative ZEN Mozaic LX is frozen! It will not move or shut down. I don't want to reset it, because all of my song, pictures and info will disappear. I am not sure what is wrong with it. Please tell me what to do.

After selecting a download you'll have to scroll down and AGREE.

There's a Quickstart User Guide link near the player's picture: select the Quickstart front and back page for this short guide.

For a manual go for a dowload of the latest Starter Pack:
Download the execute file "ZENMozaic_PCApp_E6_1_16_02.exe".
Install Creative Centrale: double click the execute file.

After installation there's a user guide with the name manual.chm under
"Hard Drive location for programs", e.g. C:\Program Files\Creative\Creative ZEN Mozaic.
The manual can also be opened from start > All programs > Creative > Creative ZEN Mozaic > Creative ZEN Mozaic User's Guide.

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio books,etc from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. 1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

Try reseting the ZEN. There should be a tiny reset button on the bottom left side, you might have to use a staple or paperclip or pencil tip to reach the button. Your music, pictures, and videos should all still be able to work. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do.

I solved my own problem all I had to press was reset (8
